I wish schools actually taught us how to do taxes, build a budget, and spot a scam before it steals our money. I can tell you the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell, but I still had to Google what half the boxes on a tax form meant. Adulting comes with way too many surprise quizzes and zero study guides.

A class called “How Not to Accidentally Ruin Your Credit” would’ve been a lot more useful than memorizing dates I’d forget after the test. Now that would’ve earned perfect attendance.
