What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

When negative feelings show up, I give myself a little time to breathe and step away from whatever caused them. Sometimes a walk, music, or a good laugh helps reset my brain. If that doesn’t work, I remind myself that bad moments are usually temporary. And if all else fails, a nap can fix more problems than people admit.
