Oh yes, I “play” every day, mostly by finding small ways to enjoy life in between responsibilities and low-level chaos. Playtime now means sarcasm, dark humor, and laughing at things so I don’t “crash out” instead. If it brings a tiny bit of joy without disrupting my schedule, I call it a win.
